Host Client Guidelines
Before you apply,

This is a structured internship program. Not a free-for-all. These guidelines protect both you and your VA.
No Payment Exchanged
This is a free internship collab. No payment is exchanged between you, the VA, or Done by Di for the 3-week trial period.
Work Hours
VAs work a maximum of 4 hours per day during the trial. Tasks must be reasonable and within their trained skill set.
Tools & Access
You provide the tools and access needed. Any paid tools required for the VA's tasks are your responsibility as the host client.
Option to Hire
If you'd like to permanently absorb the VA into your team after the trial, a one-time Finder's Fee of $500 USD applies. Payable only upon your decision to hire. No fee is charged during the trial. If no permanent hire is made, no fee is owed.
Direct Collaboration
You and the VA work together directly. Deanne is not your day-to-day project manager. She supervises the VA and collects feedback at the end.
Mandatory Feedback
An honest feedback form is required before a new VA can be assigned to you. VAs also rate their host clients. Repeated poor ratings may result in declined future requests.
Confidentiality
All VAs are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. Your business information and operations are protected. We ask that you treat your VA with professionalism and respect in return.
Task Boundaries
Do not assign tasks that put the VA's personal security at risk. Done by Di reserves the right to intervene to protect both parties if needed.
